This is why there are rules and regulations on raising chickens. Now code enforcement will be cracking down on all of us backyard chicken growers.

I love how it said she's had the birds for 5 years and "they've multiplied during that time". Making it sound like they're rabbits, or feral cats or something. Chickens in cages have got to be easiest animals on earth to control their reproduction!
