when to butcher

Do you weigh a select few or do you just judge the size. My meaties are 5 wks. old and are getting big, so I was wondering butcher @7 or 8 wks. or what. Ideas and pictures of butcher size sure would be appreciated .

I bu;tcher at about 7 lbs that gives me dressed at about 5 lbs seems to be size people want, should be about a pound a week depending on feed

I butcher at 8 weeks. Or you can butcher the roos at 8 weeks and leave the hens another week for a bit more size.
