When to discard eggs

Hello! :frow

In my incubator I have 4 blue Orpington eggs at 10 days and 6 buff Orpington eggs at 8 days. I'm thinking of candling tonight with a view to discarding ones which show no signs of development.

Is this too early? I'm conscious that eggs harbouring bacteria might explode/seep/generally pose a threat to the other eggs, but nor do I want to destroy what could be a healthy one.

Thanks in advance for any advice. I have to go to work now so won't be able to respond immediately, but I will check back throughout the day 🙂

You should be able to see if the babies are developing, infertile or passed. The fertile eggs would be visable with life ( Red with visable veins and you may see a black dot that moves around, that's the chickens ) , infertile eggs will look like a translucent egg ( yellow and white - clear ), and passed eggs will look blurry. ( They look maybe red or clear and fuzzy. No distinct veins or baby chick moving. They might have a dark black and fuzzy, maybe geen-ish tint blob of bacteria. You might also see a red ring going in a circle, that's was a young embryo developing but passed. )

Here are some example photos:
