when to eat ducks

hey i have a pekin duck and its really fat now it doenst have its full feathers yet when should i eat it. its a male i want ti to bee tender i am curently feeding it high protien and high fat feed and it stuffs tiself until its crop is really close to the ground lol wow it eats

i am not sure maybe a few months he hasnt fully feathered yet
do u want a pic from when he was much younger???

kk thnx shud i wait till winter because there much more fattier and thier meat will be tatier because they build reseves of fats around thier body to stay warm so wat u think ??
 
I believe the magic number for pekin ducks is 10 weeks for first chance to process, if you pass that and they molt you have to wait until fully feathered again.
