When to go outside

My 3 girls are now 9 weeks old and fully feathered. Their brooder is getting a little small. The temps here are still at freezing temps at night, cold and raining a lot. At what point can these girls go outside to a chicken tractor? Thanks

Now. You might want to acclimate them though, if they've been indoors all their life.
