When To Move Birds

At what age is it the best to move quail off quarter inch wire to half inch. Thanks

Under my impression, he is asking when to put them on the half inch wire as they are on 1/4 inch currently. I would wait until 3-4 weeks old. I don't start off with wire, usually a soft bedding and then when they are 5 weeks old they go to wire cages.

Everybody does things a lil' different. I put my bobs on 1/2" wire at 7 days. They do fine.
