When to move the big girls?

I have ten chicks in my house, most are almost 4 weeks, 3 of them are 3 weeks old. I read that you should move them outside between 4-6 weeks (is this right?). I also have a bunch of pullets outside in there own indoor/outdoor run/coop. Can I combine them? Or will the bigger girls pick on the smaller ones? Thanks.

As long as they are feathered out on the back and neck they should be able to go out side but how old are the pullets? If they are to old they will have the whole pecking order ordeal. But if they are only a few weeks difference they will still pick on them a little but it would only last a few days.
