When to process young Ancona ducks?

Hi again! So I have Ancona ducks that I'll be eating soon, and I have some young ducklings that are almost 5 weeks old and nearly fully feathered. I was thinking of processing them when they were about 2-3 months old and fully feathered- does that sound about right?

On Metzer Farm's website, it says at about 18 weeks ducks will not have pin feathers and it'll be easier to pluck...
