Hello, I'm incubating goose eggs for the first time. But I've done a boat load of research! Everything I've read says to go into partial lockdown (stop turning) between day 25 - 27 depending on the breed. And not to raise the humidity until they have internally pipped. Once they have internally pipped raise the humidity to 65% - 75% and go into full lockdown.
I only have one goose egg and today is day 26 and I'll be starting partial lockdown probably tomorrow. It's super nerve-wracking wondering if you're doing everything right. Wishing you luck for a successful hatch.
