When to start counting days?

Our eggs were laid friday and yesterday. Today they went into the incubator. Is today counted as day 1? Or day 2 or 3, lol?
 
The day you put them into the incubator is day 0! So day 1 is tomorrow for you
 
The easiest way I know to look at it is if they are set on a Sunday, they should hatch on a Sunday about the same time as they came up to temperature.. That is 21 days or 3 weeks.

If they hatch early or late, they were either too cool or too warm.
