My flock is now starting over 15 weeks now, and was wondering when I should start adding oyster shell to their diet? There are no eggs as of yet, they free range and have a supply of crumbles. Is it too soon or should I start offering now?

I offer Oyster Shells in a separate container after 16 weeks.
Make sure to have Poultry Grit "Granite" available before you offer Oyster Shells. You don't want the Non-Laying Pullets to substitute Shells for Grit.
I offer the Adult size Poultry Grit after 7 weeks old.

Thank you, I have made grit available in a separate container since they have been moved into the outside coop using my old chick feeder. 😊
