when to start treats?

Hello! I have a question and I KNOW you guys will have an answer!! I have three 7 week old chicks who show pretty much no interest in treats. We've tried meal worms, lettuce, parsley, carrots. Is this normal for their age? Thank you.

Mine have never bee fussed about fruit and veg until they get out in the big adult run. I have never ever known a chicken turn down a meal worm though!
