When to stop turning quaker/monk parakeet eggs?

Hi again! So I have 2 eggs left to hatch. Ive hatched geese, ducks, chickens, quail, and peafowl but these birdies have been the most difficult yet! I’ve applied the same knowledge but I’m starting to think I’m doing something wrong that is different than what I’ve hatched before.

Anyone has experience with incubating parrot/parakeet eggs that can chime in and give me advice pleaseee!

According to this article, you stop when they're about ready to hatch.
