New to raising chickens, Placed my 1st ordered of 20 chicks, Nankins, due in a few weeks. Have a pretty good handle on most of what I need to do. But, inevitably I'm going to have thin the roosters out. At what age should I decided which one to keep? Thanks for your help.

I usually figure it out by the time they start to crow. Maybe later if they are a fast maturing breed.
Boys growing up together don't fight much unless they're separated and reunited or have girls around.

I'd go to the breeds forum and find the thread for Nankins. See what people that raise them think. I have JG and it was suggested to me to wait until they were a year or two old because they mature so slowly.

Otherwise, when they are big enough to eat, start crowing, start fighting. Your choice.
