When to treat spraddle leg?

I have one baby chick that hatched today and is still sitting.. it does not have legs out to the side but is not standing yet either..
When should I expect to see them walking around before treating for spraddle leg ?

Give him 3 days an if he aint then its time to do something... Just make sure he gets to it by then

Add screen wire or small hardware cloth to the bottom of your hatcher/incubator, this will give them something to grip while their legs strengthen .

If you see spraddle leg (rather than just not walking), treat it immediately. The sooner it is treated, the easier it is to correct the problem.
