When will EE's reach full size?

I have three Easter Eggers, and they seem pretty small. They have been laying for a while, and are almost a year old. One of the three is much bigger then the other two, but still smaller then some other hens I have seen. Are Easter Eggers just on the smaller side? When are hens full grown?

I have 4 EE's and yes they are pretty small also.
