when will i let them out ?

So after thinking for awhile i decieded to get rid of my homers i sold some and i swaped some i only have 3 left i got 8 tumblers i wanted to know when should i let them all out cause last time i got 3 and let them in for 2 weeks they went and my very first pigeons i got i let them out only in 2 weeks and they came back and i dont know if i should keep only one pair of homers and sell the lone bird then sell the pairs chicks thanks

Given your first experience Aaron I would be inclined to wait until they were on eggs. Then I would release them separately at first. It is better to error on the side of caution this time. I do not have a clue about tumblers; Will be looking for pictures any way.
