When Will m New rooster start mateing hens?

So i won this cockorel last week and what do you think ,when will he be ready for makeing some fertile eggs?.
He is mix breed, dont know how old
But he is scared of my hens

Depends. One of my cockerels started at around 12 weeks and the other two started around 16 weeks. He looks ready to me, however, just give him some time. My EEs were originally afraid of the hens too.
