When will My aussies start laying? Help!

Hiya!
I have 6 chickens, which are 3 Australorps and 3 leghorns.
When I got them, they were pullets but I don't know how old they are. They have little crowns and fairly-sized wattles (some have v red crowns/wattles and some are pale red), and they are pretty big. They look like hens to me, but i have no idea when they'll start laying, and I want it to happen soon! I want to know a practical prediction of when theyll start laying. I'll attach a few pics of them: Any predictions?

If you have any contact with the people you bought them from. they look pretty close so if you do have a rooster he will star crowing. they should lay eggs any time!!!!!

Those are all pullets, and by the red I bet they'll be laying within the month... very pretty girls...
