when will my broody lay eggs again?!

I have 8 chickens broody right now! I had one hatch her chicks almost a month ago, when will she begin laying again?

-can i separate her from her babies and put her back in her coop to help speed the process along?

Separating her from the chicks should get her laying again sooner. Sometimes it can take a while, though...

My hen usually take about 6 weeks from the time she hatches. However I agree that taking the chicks away makes her start sooner.
