When will my hen start to lay?

my blue cochin/sultan hen is 25 weeks old and still hasn't laid an egg. its winter, so will this mean that she wont lay for a while?

Mines started laying at 30 weeks so don't worry and they should lay on their first winter so expect an egg soon.. How Long you had them?

Have u put false eggs in the egg boxes?

i hatched her in june and i have 8 other hens so there is always eggs in the nesting box.
