When will partridge rocks lay eggs?

Hi! We have what we were told were partridge Plymouth Rock pullets. I think these 2 look ready to lay, but they're only about 4 months old. Does anyone have any experience with this breed?

According to McMurray Hatchery, they reach maturity at 20 weeks.
