Whenever to put them in

I have 20 in the incubator right now and just got 12 more how soon can I put them in.

As soon as you like but if they are more than a week apart I’d recommend different brooding areas when they hatch to avoid the older chicks bullying the young ones. It’s also easier with two incubators for when the first clutch go on lockdown.
