When's she gonna start laying?

My hen that i got at april 4 that still hasnt started laying eggs. My other two easter eggers that i got with her hasnt started laying eggs either. Does she look like she'll start soon?

If she was a rooster, he hasnt crowed yet and she's about 13 weeks old

Some roosters don't crow until six months old or later.
It is definitely a cockerel. It's got sickle feathers and shiny hackle and saddle feathers
