Where can I buy Mountain Quail chicks?

I've been looking everywhere but have found no good solutions. I'm in NY and would need them shipped to me...does anyone here know of any place where I could get them? I've found a few places that sell eggs but paying such a high price for eggs that may not even hatch seems like a rather large risk to me, so I'd really much prefer live chicks.
