If you want it for the windows, I guess you do not want the corrugated stuff that can be found at Lowes & Home Depot! I really don't know where you can find flat polycarbonate without ordering it from somewhere. They do carry acrylic plexiglass around here (SE PA) in the hardware stores. We scored some old really thick plexiglass (don't know if it's polycarbonate or acrylic), but it was used pieces from a backhoe surround used as a windshield from the weather. It is about 3/8 thick & very strong. We used it for the windows coverings & the sliding pop door. Some did not polish up real clear, but will still let enough light in. I would call hardware stores & see what you can find.
