Where can I find goslings?

I’m new to geese (haven’t gotten any yet).
I am trying to figure out where to get some goslings as I don’t have a way to hatch eggs right now.
And help would be much appreciated!

What breed do you want? There are a few different breads in the US or there are just back yard mixed breeds. Haturys can get you a basic goose. But what are you looking for were getting closer to the end of hatching season. I called Metzers 3 years ago they recommended African to me. But who knew they were a production goose not a expedition goose. That being said still have 2 of the girls and love them they are family..
So that being said Think about what you want. Geese live for 20-30 years, There one of the most Irritable loving bossy creatures you will ever meet. They make my day everyday but a goose is not just I want a goose, Every breed of goose is different.

I’m looking for a more docile breed.
I’ve heard the white Embden is a more docile goose but I don’t know anything about the other breeds.

Many hatcheries will ship goslings through the US Postal service. They also have web sites and catalogues that you can examine for breed traits. I have white embdens and they make me very happy.
