where can i find the standard for cubalayas

Actually, the Standards are copyrighted by the the American Poultry Association. They can't be published anywhere, including online. They are available from the APA.

Copyright law allows portions of a work to be reprinted for specific purposes. Reprinting the entire standard is a definite violation of copyright law, regardless of whether it is online or in print. APA generally gives permission to breed clubs to publish PORTIONS of the standard for that breed; however, not the entire standard for the breed.

The question was for the Standard, not an excerpt. It goes without saying that excerpts do not violate copyright law, but that is not what was asked for.

Sonoran was clarifying for the OP why it was difficult, if not impossible, to find the entire Standard for any particular breed online in its entirety. I realize, in spite of that, some breed clubs have part or all of their standard posted somewhere. No idea about Cubalayas.
