Possibly Jeffers Pet Supply (I think that's their new name). Haven't ever ordered any chicken vaccines from them, but bought dog, horse, and goat vaccines from them for years.

Mareks vaccine has a very short shelf life after mixing, no more than Two hours. We vaccinate all chicks for Mareks when they come out of the incubator. We set eggs one day each week to cut down on the wasted Vaccine.
