Where Do You Buy Feathers?

I'm after those downy feathers, something similar to this:

I'd like to buy them in bulk. I'd really like to buy fake feathers (since I'm allergic to actual feathers), but realize it might not happen.

Does anyone here have a place where they purchase these feathers in bulk? Anywhere where I can get them in NON-goose down? Goose-down is one thing I cannot take.

Didn't even think of Michaels! I've never been to one! Hobby Lobby had hard feathers...not the downy ones I was after. Thanks debi!
