Who uses an old fridge to store hatching eggs? Can the temp be set high enough to reach 50-60 degrees? If not, what do you use?

I'm new to hatching eggs but I kept mine in an old wooden kitchen cabinet in my basement along with a coffee can filled with frozen water to keep the temperature at about 55 to 60 degrees. I'd change the coffee can for another kept in the freezer maybe 3 times a day. I also kept the cartons at about a 45 degree angle and switched from front forward to back forward, in effect turning them. I understand the turning may not be necessary. A frig may reduce the humidity more than you want, maybe OK if they are in the vegetable keeper.

I've got a couple frigs that I use for storing table eggs one, a very old one is below 40 degrees at the warmest setting, the other somewhat newer has to be set at the coldest to be kept at 45 degrees.
