Craigslist unless you have a local feed store that sells started birds.
Rare but those places exist.

I believe they do small animals exclusively as an online auction now, in person pickup. But I'm not certain.

You are within easy driving distance from Meyer Hatchery. They sell “started pullets”. They sell out fast, or you might need to order ahead. But, in the past, the cost was reasonable.

I second Meyer Hatchery, great selection and close to you. Another option would be Mount Healthy if you are up for a road trip.
