Where is the settings button? (From phone) I would like to stop email notifications

Any tips on this much appreciated. I read through related links and didn't see the answer. Hope I'm not reading right over it all the responses are filling up my email

Tap preferences.
Adjust. (Uncheck the boxes, and click the green "Save" button at the bottom when finished).
