I keep them near the door for easy of refilling. I also keep a set in the run.....

Depends where you are located. I have to keep the water indoors and heated during the winter or it will be solid in an hour. In the summer I move it out to the run in a larger container because they drink so much more when it's warm. From what I can tell, your run isn't covered. If it rains where you are you will have to keep food indoors or find a way to protect it from the rain/snow. I have a covered run but keep my food indoors because my setup works best that way.

Hang the feeder and waterer from hooks and chains from the roof framing. They love to stand on EVERYTHING and "look out below!" - you'll have poop in both food and water. Yuk.
