Where to get Francolins

I am very interested in getting some Francolins. I have no issues on which colours im not picky. I live in Victoria, B.C. and would love to get a hold of them. Is there anyone who can give me any information on Francolins and where I can get some in Canada?? The only breeders I can find are in the U.S. and the UK and i dont want to import. Any information is greatly appreciated!
