Where to get miniature Indian Runners?

Hello, I read that there were some breeders that were trying to create a small Indian Runner breed but haven't been able to find any of them. Does anyone know where I can find the breeders for this?

Have you tried looking online or contacting Metzer's they maybe able to help? I haven't ever heard of mini Runners.
