Where to put the feed and water

Should the feeder and waterer go in the coop or under

Chickens don't eat or drink at night. I keep the food in the coop out of the weather and away from songbirds. I keep the water in the run so that any spills are on the ground and don't make a mess.

I keep the food and water in the coop, with additional water outside.

Chris I've been airing towards how you are doing it. My thought is to hang the waterer from underneath the coop so it gets some shade
