Ok, so I've been working all winter on remodeling the coop. I'll throw some photos up here for bragging rights to the fruits of my labor
Chicks are now in the brooder. The only thing left to do is put up the roosts. I'm thinking three tiers of roosts diagonally across one of the opposite corners from the nesting boxes to conserve space (this smaller, cooler, reinsulated and upgraded coop will house only a dozen bantums). The only other real option, I think, would be parallel to the back wall.
Any opinions or suggestions?
