where your first eggs thin/soft

just got 2 first eggs.
both were very very thin.

what else can i feed them besides oyster shell to harden the shells?

One of my pullets laid 2 soft shelled eggs. Her next egg was huge but the shell was normal -- a double yolker. She lays irregularly, but the shells are hard. I understand that this is normal for first eggs and that the body normalizes as it becomes use to egg production.
