Where's the eggs??

i have 8 hens, 2 I have had and the 6 I just got but are a year old. My Banty hen will lay her small eggs everyday no problem, but my big Rhode Island Red has only laid maybe 3 in the time I have had her (2months) and the others nothing at all... I have noticed they all want to use the same nesting box, I don't know if that would be a problem? This morning I went out and my Rhode Island had laid but the egg was soft like not enough calcium. She had been congested for a couple weeks like she was a cold , I don't know if that would effect her eggs though. I have oyster shells for them and have been feeding cracked corn and layer crumbles, I don't know what else to do to get them to start...

Crumble up egg shells and feed the shells to them. The calcium in the Shell should help.
