Whezzing hen

I got a hen that's wheezing, but acts completely normal! Should I start tylan treatment?

Bedding?
Ventilation?
Any mucus or bubbling?

Are you sure that she doesn’t have stridor? That is a sound made when a small piece of feed gets stuck in the airway. It can also occur if there is mucus in the airway or swelling, and may be accompanied with a sneeze. Usually stridor from a piece of feed may go away in a few hours or overnight. This video shows stridor and it did go away:

Age is unknown, but she's got to be older she's never laid eggs. I use pine shavings for bedding. She's on layer feed but they've been getting a lot of cracked corn lately. Bad I know. Good ventilation. No mucus or bubbles

Oh no nothing like that. Just really faint wheezing. Acts absolutely fine. Usually when they get sick it sounds like a cat purring. This is different.

Well that actually could be a wheeze which is when the airways tighten. As long as she is acting fine, I would not worry much. You could check her lower belly to see if she has any enlargement or fluid in her abdomen below her vent.
