Hello chickens experts,

These hens are overweight heavy, the one weighs about 4.8 kg so over 10.5 lbs. I do not know exactly how heavy a chicken could weighs?!, but these have to be on top of the list.

Could someone tell me exactly which mixes they are? I'm hailing they are not cornish chickens.

Thanx,

so they are not Cornish meat mix. Can I make a pure chicken breed out of them?

One question still concerns me, how much weight can a hen become? So how did the heaviest hen in the world weigh?

Depends on the breed, depends on the breed's genetic background... A brahma is naturally heavier than a hamburg. A hatchery quality brahma is naturally lighter than a breeder quality brahma. Mostly because the hatcheries are trying to sell birds for their eggs, so they breed to that end, rather than to a breed standard.
That said, if these are white rocks, the livestock conservancy says they should be 6-8 lbs 'market weight', which is dressed carcass. Plymouth Rocks should be 7.5 and cocks 9.5lbs.

I honestly think these could be Cornish crosses. How active are they? do they seem naturally lazy? eating and eating and almost nothing else besides sitting? or do they seem more active? How well can you feel their keel bones?

They eat faster than others but also everything that gets in the way. They are the real eating machine. But they are not lazy at all, they are constantly running and looking for their food and arguing with the others and even dominate the other races. They have put themselves at the forefront of respect.

Are there any specific features to pinpoint them?

How much weight could a Cornish or a Whit Rock become? Or. how much did the heaviest chick ever weigh?

If allowed to grow to adult hood, a Cornish cross could get that heavy, but a rock isn't supposed to. Heaviest chicken ever... apparently 23 lbs
