Which Cockerel Should Become Easter Dinner?

Here we don't handle our cockerels either, except when necessary, and off their roosts at night is the best time for everyone. They must move out of our way always.
Agree about bulls!
We have raised and had experience training oxen, who are steers, and they can be handled and 'petted', but must respect our space at all times. We can rub them, they don't rub on us!

Thank you for all the opionions! I still think we'll keep Freddie (even though I really like spike more.. hes got a goofy personality and makes the funniest noises at food). I want to do what will be best for the ladies, and Fred is just less of a jerk to them. If Fred ends up not stepping up when Spikes gone, then i do really like the idea of letting a broody raise me a nice rooster. Either a Freddie baby or maybe order a more docile breed. Any suggestions? orpington? cochin? I love the larger breeds.
My girls are mostly brahmas (3 light 4buff), 1 barred rock. my 3 week old chicks that should all be pullets are 6 dark brahma, 3 orpingtons(2 buff, 1 jubilee), 2 partrige cochins, and an olive egger.

From my understanding Brahmas are already friendly breeds. I used to have a Cochin roo and he was a sweet silly boy but had too much butt fluff to be very successful on the mating department.

Oh, good! I was hoping you'd keep Freddie, just because I think he's the more handsome of the two. :)
