Which diseases can birds become carriers of?

I know CRD and MG, but there are others, right? My head is swimming from reading descriptions of diseases!

Here's a link to poultry diseases. You can read through each one and it'll tell you if birds are carriers. There are a few others not mentioned though; canker (caused by a protozoa) comes to mind, forgot others. FYI: CRD is MG.
