Which hens to breed?

Hey everyone! I want to start something new for my FFA project book. I want to breed one of my hens and raise them to sell at auction. I have a big mix of hens:
Ancona
Plymoth Rock
Cuckoo Maran
Australorp
Easter Egger
RIR
Buff Orpington
2 Red Sex Link
Silver Laced Wyandotte

Now, I was thinking of getting a rooster off of craigslist from someone local, I want to raise purebreds but I don't know which breed would sell easier, and be friendlier.

Sooo, I'm just wondering how I should integrate my rooster into my coop and which breed you think I should breed. (I'm leaning towards my wyandotte, the roosters are gorgeous.)

sex links don't breed true so those you can cross off, you can make them though look at some flock swaps in your area, see what sells good. Most barred rocks, ee's, australorps, rir and buff orps sell good in most areas from what I understand. Good luck
