Which Incubator is best for me?

I'm looking to buy an incubator, but idk which one to get? I dont want one made of styrofoam and I'm not looking to pay over $130... The Farm Innovators 4200 Circulated Incubator was the best one I found to meet my needs. But I don't want to buy it without hearing reviews..
