Which is day 21? Timing question

So if I set the eggs at 2 A.M. on the 14th of June, would the chicks hatch on Monday the 4th or Tuesday the 5th?

as far as i know if you set on a mon they hatch on a mon and so on but always allow a couple days extra for late growers

I, personally, would say your day 21 would be Tuesday. However, be prepared for chicks to hatch on Monday because you will more than likely have a few start then. For example, if I had set eggs the same day as you, most of mine hatch between Mon-Wed.
