Which is the best breed?

which is the best breed of quail to get as a starter quail? I mean, which are friendliest and tamest to hatch? i am getting quail soon, so i was just wondering which ones were.....well tame a friendly. thank you!

Coturnix quails are more calm than buttons.. me personally i love the Jumbo Coturnix quails

I got Coturnix as starter quail, and couldn't be more pleased with them. They are really friendly.
