Which one is best for a chicken to lay better?

Hello Everyone! Im trying to proove somebody wrong

so could somebody or everyone answer this thankyou!,

The question is: Which one is best for a chicken to lay better? A. Keep in the coop? B. Free Range them?

No doubt B! By letting them free range, even for part of the day provides them with more vitamins and exercise than chickens kept in the coop all day. After we have got our eggs for the day we let our flock out for the rest of the day. I hope this helps prove your point

After a predator killed one of my hens we kept them in the run for a few days while trying to catch the beastie. Their egg production went down and we let them free range again, their egg production went up. So definitely B.
