Hi All
Just joined although have spent a while reading as a guest. I got our new ducks last June and July.
We have two Indian runners (Daisy and Drake) and added two khaki Campbells soon after (Dianne and Daphne)
Daisy has turned out to be a boy but too late to change his name
Many questions to follow but the first is, they were all raised on chick crumb will daily greens added until they went outside where they then started to all eat growers pellets as well as anything else they could find free range in the garden as well as daily salad bags
I believe the girls may start laying in February and understand that they may need layers pellets?
The main question is when do I switch and how do I go about feeding the four of them to ensure that get what they need
I am aware that our 2:2 ratio is wrong at present but they all seem to get on currently so we are monitoring and plan to get two more girls if the boys start to fall out
Thanks for reading - any advice welcome!!
